Due to COVID-19, shipping time may be affected. There will be a 1-2 weeks delay. However, we will process your order quickly to reduce shipping time. In most cases, your package will arrive within 15 days. It depends on where you locate it. US routes are severely blocked. Medical resources are before other packages. Thanks for your understanding and patience in advance. Please stay safe.
Due to customs policy, glue, battery, wax, or pigment may not be included in the package.
How To Track My Order
Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact location of your shipment, please click Track Your Order to enter your logistics number for inquiry.
When your order is shipped, there may be a delay that prevents you from viewing the logistics information immediately. Please understand.
If your order is signed for and you don't get it, please look around your door or yard, or ask your family and neighbors. If still not found, please contact us via service@robotime.com, we will do our best to help you.
Custom Duty
Considering our customers' benefit, we are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We can't guarantee tax fees and will not pay any tax fees. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping terms.
